Configuring IPMA with a single partition.

1. Create the partition PT_MANAGER for the Manager's DN.

2. Create Calling Search Space CSS_MANAGER with the only one PT_MANAGER partition.

3. Configure some parameters in "Cisco IP Manager Assistant" service (not all parameters required, only the parameters with the "*" at the end). Other parameters may be required only if IPMA users configured automatically.

4. Create the IP service for Manager's phone (). URL may be found in CallManager help by searching the word "DEVICENAME" (Help > Contents and Index > Search > Type "devicename".Fourth link has URL for IPMA.

5. Create CTI route point with ManagersDN in PT_INTERNAL partition. Configure it with FWNA to Manager's phone using CSS_MANAGER. Configure "Forward No Coverage" as well to protect from Apache failure.

6. Create new Phone Button Template for 7960 phones (either 3-Lines + 3-Speed or 4-Lines + 2-Speed).

7. Configure Assistant's phone with regular line, proxy line, intercom line, and speed dial.

8. Configure Manager's Phone with the Manager's DN in PT_MANAGER partition, with Intercom DN, and Intercom Speed Dial.

9. Create users Assistant and Manager, and associate them with their hardware phones. Then configure IPMA parameters for Manager and then Assistant.
