1. Create required FAC codes with an appropriate "Authorization Level" (Features > Forced Authorization Code)

2. Configure  "FAC" option and desired authorization level on the Route Pattern:

WARNING! Placing FAC on the Long Distance Route Pattern will kill AAR dialing.  To fix it do the following:

3. Create a new partition PT_SB_AAR

4. Modify (or create) new CSS_SB_AAR with this Long Distance Partition

5. Copy existing Long Distance Routing Pattern with the same pattern, place it in PT_SB_AAR partition, and remove FAC requirement.

Now users will be unable to access the Routing Pattern directly (they will still require FAC for Long Distance calls), but AAR will be excempted from FAC requirement).
