  • Read entire Lab
    • Make a sketch / diagram with major IP subnets and phone ranges
    • Create a list of questions (just numbers) to cross completed and place a comments
  • Configure Infrastructure and LAN QoS
    • Configure DHCP for required locations (CallManager & routers)
    • Check connectivity between all sites and interfaces
    • Configure basic and advanced QoS
  • Configure WAN QoS
    • Configure FR QoS in Notepad, and copy to both sides of corresponding interfaces
  • Basic CCM configuration (auto register phones)
    • Basic CME configuration (auto or manual phones registration)
    • 6608 ports configuration (T1 PRI / XCoder / ConfB)
    • IOS Gateways, Media resources, SRST
    • Gatekeeper
    • Phones
    • Media
    • Unity / CUE
    • IPCC Express
    • Dial Plan
    • CCM / CME Features
    • Miscellaneous
    • Fax (may be spread across all areas)
    • Troubleshooting
